We live in a fast paced world, where people are constantly on the go, when we rush to do almost every thing and in return we get run down, and exhausted. What usually follows is illness and disease. We can not have our bodies on a constant adrenal high as we will just break down and burn out.
We don't have to stop it all together, what we are trying to tell you is make peace with your mind not war. Allow your self for just 5 minutes a day to STOP and chill the fuck out. Stop taking your self so seriously because babes we are all going to cark it one day so enjoy being in the moment in the NOW.
For just 5 minutes, close your eyes and listen to your breathe, switch your awareness with in and feel your belly rise and fall. Do a positive visualisation, and let your mind wander and your whole body relax. Thoughts may come and go but do not judge those thoughts let them leave as fast as they come. Embrace the stillness, clear the mind and be one with your body.
